Around the same time, the shop front in Olive Street underwent significant modernization. It was transformed into three shops, each protected by a verandah bearing the sign: "J.G Arnold & Sons, Fruiterer and Greengrocer; The Olive St Market." This modernisation not only enhanced the business’s appearance but also its functionality and appeal.
By now, Albury had grown to a bustling town with a population of 7000 people. The Arnold family's business continued to thrive, serving an ever-expanding community with the same dedication and quality that had become their hallmark.
