Mango Sorbet


  • 6 mangoes, fresh cut into cubes and frozen
  • 1 -1/2 cups Arnold’s Orange Juice
  • 1-2 tblsp Arnolds local 100% Pure Honey


Add dozen mango flesh into food processor and blitz.

Add 1 cup orange juice (add more to get the right consistency and the honey to taste.

Blitz again.

Add sorbet to cling wrapped square cake tin and cover with more cling wrap.

Freeze overnight.

Scoop out sorbet and enjoy
