A Message From Louise
When I left home, I could barely cook. After meeting my (soon to be) hubby in 1995 I attempted to woo him with my simple meals. I then found out he was a whiz in the kitchen (he was the first male I had met that could cook!) and he taught me so much.
Since then and becoming a Mum to Claudia and Tom I have gained confidence in the kitchen.
Although don’t expect me to make pastry or pasta from scratch … I prefer quick and easy recipes that require minimal fuss but look and taste delicious.
