Is there a delivery fee?

Arnold’s Online offers FREE delivery to Albury, Bandiana, Baranduda, Leneva, Glenroy, Lavington, Thurgoona and Wodonga and many Country towns. Please go to


Some Country deliveries incur a delivery charge upwards of $9.99

Can I order my goods online and pick them up myself?

Yes! When you set your delivery address, please choose ‘Click and Collect’. For Click and Collect timetable, please see

How do I know if you deliver to my area?

Click on Home, and scroll until you see ‘Where Do We Deliver’. Alternatively, please see

Can I have my order delivered to my workplace?

Yes. Please mention the business name in the Special Comments section as this is helpful for our delivery drivers.

What happens if I am not home when the delivery arrives?

Our drivers will leave your order at the nominated address in a safe spot.

If you have ordered meat or frozen goods, please note you need to get those items into refrigeration as quickly as possible.

Can I send back my empty boxes for recycling?

Yes. Leave your empty boxes out for our drivers to collect.

Please mention it in the Special Comment box to reminder our drivers.

Can I ask for my order to be packed with minimal plastic bags?

Yes, certainly. Please write in the Specials Comments box.

I don’t have a computer; can I phone my order in?

No. All home delivery orders are to be placed online through our shopping cart section.

What cards will you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and Debit cards.

Pre paid credit cards called Gift Cards (purchased at a Post Office)

Do you deliver on Public holidays?

Not usually. Information about current Public Holidays will be provided on our Facebook page.

Can I pay cash on delivery to the driver?

No, our drivers do not accept cash. The only way you can receive home deliveries is by placing an order through our Shopping Cart and using a credit card.

What do I do if something is missing from my Arnold’s Online order?

Please call our office on the day you receive your delivery on 0260 245322 between 7am-3pm, message us through our Facebook page or click on Contact Us tab.

What if I am unhappy with the Arnold’s Online product I received?

Arnold’s Online guarantees the product delivered to you is fresh and high quality.

Can I buy meat online?

The Butcher at Arnold’s has joined with Arnold’s Online to offer their products for home delivery. Click Shop Now to order.

What do you do with all your vegetable waste?

Our vegetable scraps are taken to the family  farm in South Albury for our cows.

I have a function on soon and would like to order peeled vegetables, how do I do that?

Call our office Monday – Friday between 6.30am and 3pm to place your order.

Please note there is a minimum of 5kg.

Can I organise repeating orders?


For Online you can go into your account and choose the Weekly or Fortnightly tab.

For Wholesale please call 0260 245322 choose Option 2 and our office staff can organise a weekly or fortnightly repeating order.

I Want to Order by the Each Not the Kilo. How Do I Let You Know What I Want? For Instance 8 Bananas?

Once on the product click on the + icon and a Note section will appear; write in here “I want 8 bananas”

I need to change the credit card I use when I order Online, how do I do that?

Go to your account and click Credit Card.

Click Delete and add in your new numbers.

Please note your bank may send you a special code to check that its you making the change. That code may have to be keyed in.

I’ve already placed my order, but forgot to add something!

Please call 0260 245322 and choose Option 4.

If your order hasn’t been finalised we will be able to add your items easily.

How do you package the meat products for delivery?

Your meat/dairy purchases will be packed into an insulated bag or styrofoam box and packed with an ice gel brick to keep your items nice and cool.

We recommend getting your items in the fridge within 1 hour in the summer months and 2 hours during winter and cooler periods.


Please note by accepting our Terms and Conditions you have given us authority to leave (ATL) your order. If you are not home, we will attempt to find the coolest/most shaded spot suitable.


Does Arnold’s Sell Produce Grown Locally?

Yes. We have done so for 130 years. Generations of local growers bring in their stock to us everyday from towns like Beechworth, Stanley, Griffith, Shepparton, Kergunyah, Yarrawonga, just to name a few.

Where do you get your produce from?

Arnold’s sources fresh fruit and vegetables Australia wide. We have buyers in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane Markets. As well as a large range of local growers that has been supplying Arnold’s for generations.

When does Arnold’s receive deliveries from the markets?

Arnold’s receives fresh deliveries from Melbourne Markets every week day along with a host of produce from local farms in our region.

How can I apply for a job at Arnold’s?

Please visit our store during business hours and ask for an application form. Fill it in and attach your resume.

How do I contact The Butcher at Arnold’s?

Call between 6.30am and 3pm and choose Option 1 to be transferred to The Butcher at Arnold’s staff.

I Own a Food Business and Would Like Arnold’s to Supply Us. How Do I Arrange This?

That’s great!

Please call Arnold’s and choose Option 2 (Wholesale) and explain you would like to speak to one of the Arnold family members regarding setting up a new account.

Once you send back the completed application form and it’s approved, Ben Arnold will call you to welcome you!

Can I Order Dairy Products From You And Have Them Delivered?

We do offer a range of Dairy products through our Wholesale department.

Please note you must buy in case lots.

Do You Deliver On Public Holidays?

Living and working on the Border of Victoria and NSW, we are often affected by multiple public holidays.

Keep an eye on our Facebook page to be updated.

Emails are often sent in advance to keep up to date.


Do You Deliver Saturdays?

We offer local Saturday deliveries.

Although orders must be received no later than Friday 3pm.

Can I Set Up a Repeating Order?

Yes you can.
