Is there a minimum spend?

Yes, there is a minimum spend of $40.

How do I know if my Online order went through?

Once you have clicked Submit Order please wait until it has processed ( the screen will change to say "We are processing your order"), you will then see a Success! message and a confirmation email will then be sent to the email adress you provided.

What does contactless home deliveries mean?

From March 2020 our drivers will knock on your door and then leave the goods. This may vary with couriers that we use for some Country zones.

What days does Arnold’s Online deliver?

Local deliveries are Monday to Friday and Country zones can vary Monday to Friday. Click on the Online Delivery Locations tab.

Can I get same day Arnold’s Online delivery?

If you are in the local delivery area and place your order by 10am, your order will be delivered the same day.

Is there a delivery fee?

Arnold’s Online offers FREE delivery to Albury, Bandiana, Baranduda, Leneva, Glenroy, Lavington, Thurgoona and Wodonga and many Country towns. Please go to Online Delivery Locations tab.

Some Country deliveries incur a delivery charge upwards of $12.95.

Why am I being charged an extra delivery fee on top of the one I paid at Checkout?

On some Country zones we utilise external couriers. If your order is large and requires more than 2 boxes we will call you to pay an extra delivery fee.

Can I order my goods online and pick them up myself?

Yes. During Checkout please select Wodonga (Pick up from Arnold's) in the Suburb field. Please write in the Special Comment section the approximate time you will be collecting your goods. Collections are made Monday to Friday from 10am – 5.45pm at our Wholesale warehouse 6 Kendall St, Wodonga or in store at 6 Osburn St Wodonga.

How do I know if you deliver to my area?

Click on our Online Delivery Locations tab with our delivery areas listed.

Can I have my order delivered to my workplace?

Yes. Please mention the business name in the Special Comments section as this is helpful for our delivery drivers.

When should I expect my delivery?

Arnold's Online residential deliveries are made from 10am - 6pm with the business Online deliveries made from 10am - 2pm. *This can vary in busy times.

What happens if I am not home when the delivery arrives?

Our drivers will leave your order at the nominated address in a safe spot.

From 23/3/20 our drivers will knock on your door and then leave the goods. This may vary with couriers that we use for some Country zones.

Can I order online in advance?

Yes. During Checkout a calendar will appear and you can choose your required date.

To save time, can I re order from past orders?


If you are logged in as an Account you are able to go and re order.

Go to our site and click on My Account.

Log in.

Click on View your order history

Click on the View icon of the order

Click on the red trolley icon and it will re order the same order

Then click on the Shop Online tab (it will take you to the shopping page)and the previous order will be selected. At this point you can add or remove any items.

Can I send back my empty boxes for recycling?

Yes. Leave your empty boxes out for our drivers to collect. Mention it in the Special Comment box during Checkout.

Can I ask for my order to be packed with minimal plastic bags?

Yes, certainly. Please write in the Specials Comments box.

Do you have specials?

Yes, our weekly specials start Monday and run through until Sunday with specials available Online Monday to Friday. 

How do I know what the weekly specials are?

Click on Weekly Specials on our home page or Like us on Facebook to receive regular updates. You can also subscribe to our weekly Newsletter. Go to the Home page and fill in your details.

I don’t have a computer; can I phone my order in?

Yes. Please call our office on 0260 245322 and our Online staff will take your order. Please have your list on hand as well as your credit card details to make it more efficient. However during exceptionally busy times this will not be possible (you could ask a friend or family member to place the order on your behalf)

What cards will you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and Debit cards.

Pre paid credit cards called Gift Cards (purchased at a Post Office)

I want to order a box of produce to be delivered to a friend, how do I do that?

Choose the type and size box you want and after you have put in your details, UNTICK the box "My billing and delivery addresses are the same" then add the name and delivery details of the recipient. We also provide a handwritten gift card. Please write your message in the Special Comments section.

Do you deliver on Public holidays?

Not usually. Information about Public Holidays will be provided on the Home page Pop Up or Facebook.

Can I pay cash on delivery to the driver?

No, our drivers do not accept cash. The only way you can receive home deliveries is by placing an order through our Shopping Cart and using a credit card.

Can I ask for my delivery at a certain time?

Arnold’s Online residential deliveries are between 11am – 6pm. Arnold’s Online business deliveries are between 9am – 2pm. Please write in the Special Comments box if you require a special time and will we do our best to accommodate you.

*During busy times this may vary and we may not be able to adhere to all requests.

What do I do if something is missing from my Arnold’s Online order?

Please call our office on the day you receive your delivery on 0260 245322 between 6am-3pm or message us through our Facebook page or click on Contact Us tab.

What if I am unhappy with the Arnold’s Online product I received?

Arnold’s Online guarantees the product delivered to you is fresh and high quality.

I can’t select a delivery date, what should I do?

This may be due to a technical problem with the browser you’re using or when you set up your account you may have spelt your Suburb incorrectly. If this is all too frustrating, please call us between 6am -3pm on 0260 245322, send us a message through our Facebook page or click on Contact Us tab.

I need help with my Online order! What do I do?

Call 0260 245322 between 6am-3pm and our Online staff will assist you. If necessary your order will be taken over the phone. During busy times this may not be possible.

Can I view my past orders?

Yes, if you have registered an account, go to the My Account tab, put in your password and click Order History.

I have recently moved and wish to change the default of my address, what do I do?

If you have registered, go to the My Account tab, put in your password and click Address Books, click Edit and change your address.

Can I buy meat online?

The Butcher @ Arnold's is an independently owned business within our Retail store and is not offering home deliveries at this stage.

Can I make changes to the contents of the fruit and vege boxes?

The contents are set weekly but we allow a couple of changes to be made due to allergies or preference. Please mention them in the Special Comments section in during Checkout and we will do our best.

Why are some products sold in your retail store not online? 

There could be some retail products that are “one-off” items and are not intended for online. However, if you are after some items usually sold in store, please send us an email to orders@arnoldsonline.com.au and we’ll endeavour to add it to our online store.



Does Arnold's sell produce grown locally?

Yes. We have done so for 128 years. Generations of local growers bring in their stock to us everyday from towns like Beechworth, Stanley, Griffith, Shepparton, Kergunyah, Yarrawonga, just to name a few. 

I’m a food business in the area and would like Arnold’s to supply us. What do I do?

Please call our office Monday - Friday between 6am and 3pm to speak with one of the Arnold family.

Where do you get your produce from?

Arnold’s sources fresh fruit and vegetables Australia wide. We have buyers in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane Markets. As well as a large range of local growers that has been supplying Arnold’s for generations.

When does Arnold’s receive deliveries from the markets?

Arnold’s receives fresh deliveries from Melbourne Markets every week day and Sydney and Brisbane a couple of times a week.

Do you have specials?

Yes, our weekly specials start Monday and run through until Sunday. Go to our Home page and scroll down to Weekly Specials to view.

How can I apply for a job at Arnold’s?

Please visit our store and ask for an application form. Fill it in and attach your resume.

How do I send some feedback to Arnold’s?

Please click the tab Contact Us and fill in the Feedback form with your details.

How do I contact The Butcher @ Arnold's?

Please call our office Monday - Friday between 6am and 5pm and ask to be transferred to The Butcher @ Arnold's staff.

Can I buy vegetable scraps from you?

No, in accordance with health and safety regulations we cannot sell or giveaway any of our scraps.

What do you do with all your vegetable waste?

We have an agreement with a local farmer who comes in daily.

I have a function on soon and would like to order peeled vegetables, how do I do that?

Please call our office Monday - Friday between 6am and 5pm and a staff member will take your order.
