Cut avocados in half, peel and remove stone.
Slice flesh lengthways (like wedges)
Then dip in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs with grated parmesan cheese.
Place on oven tray lined with baking paper.
Spray with olive oil spray and cook in 200.C oven for 10 mins or until golden.
Serve with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce. Enjoy!
