Sticky Honey, Orange and Ginger Chicken Wings
Marinate 2kg chicken wings with 200ml freshly squeezed orange juice (about 2 large oranges), 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar and 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger.
Stir until combined and marinate in fridge for an hour.
Cook in a preheated 200. C oven for 30 mins. Stir the chicken and cook a further 30 mins, stirring every 10 mins. The sauce should reduce and the chicken wings should be cooked and golden. Serve with fried rice and chopped eschallots.
